Opportunity Qualifier

Acts as · Senior Sales Qualification Strategist

Assesses how real and winnable an opportunity is using BANT, MEDDIC, or MEDDPICC. Marks each framework element Confirmed, Partial, or Missing, gives an honest qualification health read, lists the biggest gaps and risks in priority order with the exact question or action to close each, and ends with a go, nurture, or disqualify lean. Pure standalone, no tools or tables required.

A single-purpose agent that runs an ordered list of tasks against your tools, knowledge and tables, the same way every run.

How it works

Inputs in, an ordered run, a result out.

A Sequential Agent takes typed inputs, runs its tasks top to bottom against your tools and tables, and returns a structured result, the same way on every run.

Typed inputs
Values you pass in, validated before the run spends anything.
2 tasks
Each task runs in order, passing its output to the next.
Runs standalone
No external tools or tables needed.
Result + trace
A structured output, with every step recorded.
The run loop

The work, step by step

2 tasks, run in order.

Each task passes its result to the next. Here's what each does and what it produces.

  1. 01
Map the deal against the framework. Use the framework named in {{framework}}; if none is given, default to MEDDIC. Working from {{dealContext}} (and {{yourOffer}} if provided), assess each element of the framework. For each element, state what is known and mark it Confirmed, Partial, or Missing. Do not infer facts that are not present. Present readably, never JSON.
    Expected output
A readable qualification map using headings and bullets, no JSON and no code blocks. State which framework is being used, then list each framework element with: what is known, and a status of Confirmed, Partial, or Missing.
  2. 02
Assess health and recommend actions. Using the Task 1 map, give an overall qualification health read (for example Strong, Moderate, or Weak) with a one-paragraph rationale, list the biggest gaps and risks in priority order, and for each gap give the specific question to ask or action to take to close it. Finish with a clear go, nurture, or disqualify lean and why. Present readably, never JSON.
    Expected output
A readable assessment with no JSON and no code blocks: Qualification Health (a rating and short rationale), Top Gaps and Risks (priority-ordered bullets, each paired with the specific question or action to close it), and Recommended Lean (go, nurture, or disqualify, with a one-line reason).
