Call Notes to CRM Summary

Acts as · Sales Operations Analyst

Turns raw call notes or a transcript into a clean, CRM-ready summary in seconds: attendees, a short recap, the prospect's pains and needs, action items each with an owner, buying signals, risks, plus a suggested deal stage, the primary next step, and a paste-ready CRM note. Extracts only what was actually said. Pure standalone, no tools or tables required.

A single-purpose agent that runs an ordered list of tasks against your tools, knowledge and tables, the same way every run.

The work, step by step

2 tasks, run in order.

Each task passes its result to the next. Here's what each does and what it produces.

  1. 01
Extract the structured summary from {{callNotes}} (use {{dealContext}} for background if provided). Capture: who was on the call, a short recap of what was discussed, the prospect's stated pains and needs, explicit next steps and action items with an owner for each, positive buying signals, and any risks or red flags. Only include what was actually said or clearly implied. Note anything important that was not covered. Present readably, never JSON.
    Expected output
A readable, CRM-ready summary using headings and bullets, no JSON and no code blocks: Attendees, Call Recap (a few sentences), Pains and Needs, Action Items (each with an owner and any due date), Buying Signals, and Risks or Red Flags. If a section has nothing, write None noted.
  2. 02
Add the CRM update. Using the Task 1 summary, suggest an updated deal stage (with a one-line reason), the single most important next step and who owns it, and a one-paragraph note the rep can paste directly into the CRM activity log. Present readably, never JSON.
    Expected output
A readable section with no JSON and no code blocks: Suggested Deal Stage (with a one-line reason), Primary Next Step (the action and its owner), and CRM Note (a short paste-ready paragraph summarizing the call and outcome).
