Prospect Enrichment

Acts as · Contact Enrichment Analyst

Enriches a prospect from partial details (name plus company, email, or LinkedIn) using Apollo, returning a confirmed professional profile: title, company, seniority, location, tenure, and reachability, plus a relevance read and suggested approach. Uses people-search as the reliable path, never requests raw contact reveals, and never exposes or fabricates an email or phone. Requires the Apollo connector (shared platform key, low setup).

A single-purpose agent that runs an ordered list of tasks against your tools, knowledge and tables, the same way every run.

How it works

Inputs in, an ordered run, a result out.

A Sequential Agent takes typed inputs, runs its tasks top to bottom against your tools and tables, and returns a structured result, the same way on every run.

The work, step by step

2 tasks, run in order.

Each task passes its result to the next. Here's what each does and what it produces.

  1. 01
Enrich the prospect. From {{prospectInfo}}, identify the usable identifiers (name with company or domain, email, or LinkedIn). Use Apollo's people-search to locate the person by name and organization domain, which reliably returns their current title, seniority, and which contact fields are on file. If you also call people-match, do not request to reveal personal emails or phone numbers, since those reveal flags fail and consume enrichment credits; only confirm what data exists. Return only what Apollo confirms: current title, company, seniority, location, and reachability indicators (whether an email or direct phone is on file). Never reveal or fabricate the actual email or phone, only whether it is available. Mark any field Apollo cannot confirm as not found. Present readably, never JSON.
    Expected output
A readable enriched profile using headings and bullets, no JSON and no code blocks: Confirmed Details (title, company, seniority, location, and reachability such as whether an email or direct phone is on file, as returned by Apollo), and Not Found (any fields Apollo could not confirm). Note if any data is obfuscated pending formal enrichment. Never include an actual email address or phone number.
  2. 02
Add relevance. Using the Task 1 profile and {{context}} if provided, add a short read on this prospect: their likely responsibilities and decision influence, and how to best approach them. Do not invent facts beyond the enrichment. Present readably, never JSON.
    Expected output
A short readable section with no JSON and no code blocks: Likely Role and Influence (a few bullets) and Suggested Approach (one or two lines on the best way to reach out, given the context).
